Got M&P to forward large pieces of bamboo panels we procured from Taobao. Leon who serviced us was very on the ball throughout the whole process. Every step along the way, Leon made sure to inform us of issues before proceeding to take care of them smoothly. Also, our cargo was slightly wet due to heavy rain during delivery to our warehouse, M&P took responsibility and even gave us a small compensation for the inconvenience. Highly recommended, good value, trustworthy and reliable.

Superb service by M&P. I chanced upon this logistics company on Google search when I was looking for someone to help me forward a big purchase (ocean freight, LCL) from a foreign country. Shortly after making an inquiry on their website, Melissa emailed me and then my case was handled by Leon and Carina. I asked for quotes from different companies, and M&P offered one of the lowest prices. The whole experience was fast and smooth. Even though Leon was away on reservist at one point, he still got the job done by making internal arrangements promptly. Very professional. Carina was also responsible in updating about the delivery status. I felt at ease throughout the whole process. Their overseas partner was trustable and fast, and M&P handled all the necessary documentations for transport, import, etc properly. They literally handled everything.
